Deja View Gallery, in Waynesville North Carolina is located 25 miles west of Asheville. We moved to a new location in May 2006 between Whitman’s Bakery and The Strand. Although we miss our old space we look forward to a new beginning. The new Gallery space is bright with lots of windows. We are the same but always adding new things. The biggest change you will see is the addition of a small yarn shop where we offer classes and private lessons as well as a “sit and knit” day and charity knitting in the future plans.

The unique collection of traditional and contemporary work of more than 50 local artists and artisans now fill the front space of the Gallery with fine pottery, jewelry, wood, yarns and glass back-dropped by original oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolors, photography and prints. The Gallery was opened in 1997 by Jamie Cogdill, a Waynesville native, and Jon Bowman, a photographer whose work is showcased in the Gallery. In 2003 it was purchased by Wilma Dozier, and continues the tradition of an open air feeling inside as the doors are generally left open all year to welcome you in. We always have a pet to make it a friendly place to come and spend time.

Deja View Gallery has a unique collection of works of art with a bit of whimsy and gifts for all ages. We invite you to visit the gallery, "A place where you feel you've been before, and want to come back to".

In-Season regular hours: 10:00 to 5:30 Monday through Saturday; Winter hours: 10:30 to 5:30 Tuesday through Saturday; 1:00 to 4:00 most Sundays.
